Structural Design Engineer
Location: Wollongong - Permanent Position

You should be a graduate structural engineer with a strong interest in the field of numerical analysis techniques utilising FEA packages such as ANSYS and Strand7. The position requires you to work with a team of experienced engineers and designers that strive for excellence in delivering engineering solutions to our clients. We service the needs of a diversified group of Blue Chip clients in a range of industries both locally and interstate.

Skills and experience:

Minimum 5 years experience with a consultancy, metals or mining background
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (recognised by IEAust)
Excellent communication skills
Team player, self motivated and passionate about Engineering
AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks or ProE
Proven CAE Skills using ANSYS - Strand7, Microstran or Space Gass
Working knowledge of AS4100, AS3990 & AS3600
